How does the sizing fit, i'm not sure what size i am? 
Please look at our size chart for a guided measurement. However most of our collection runs true to size.
Please note all 'Unisex' items are in Male sizing - for women please size down if purchasing unisex or male items. (unless you want the oversize look)

I have my own business and want to get uniforms made with my logo. Can you do this? 
Yes of course! Please send us an email with your logo and all the details to info@essentialpieces.com.au

What if i spelt something wrong in the personalisation box? Unfortunately once we receive your order, we will personalise your product exactly how it is written in the personalisation text box. (case sensitive). We will not make assumptions on what you have written, as we have a process and backlog of garments to personalise, and we'd like to work efficiently to ensure we have your garment made as early as possible.


Returns

What is your returns policy? 
Unfortunately we do not offer returns / exchanges / refunds on any of our products as ALL items are custom made to order (yes even our ready to wear collection is all made to order)
To ensure you get the correct size please check our size chart to simply send us a message and we can try help you!
Unless there is a major mistake on our part, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges. This is due to every item being made-to-order and we cannot re-sell custom orders.

Who do I contact if I am not satisfied with my order? 
Drop us an email at info@EssentialPieces.com.au and we will attend to your enquiries as soon as possible! We aim to please.

Shipping


How long will it take to dispatch the order? 
Every Essential Piece product is made to order, therefore it will take 2 – 6 business days to complete production.

How long does shipping take? 
Generally shipping varies on your location. See below for shipping times. (please note these are just estimates created by third-party service providers)
Victoria: 2  – 4 business days
Interstate: 5 – 10 business days
International: 10 – 20 days business day

What if i put the incorrect address on my order?
Please contact us ASAP via email.
If we haven't posted your order yet, we can update and change it. However if your order has already been dispatched unfortunately the address cannot be changed. 
If you provided us with an incorrect / incomplete address and your package is returned back to us - we will contact you and ask for a correct / new address. Please note you will be asked to provide an additional shipping payment to resend your order out.

What if i haven't received my order?
If you haven't received your order within the estimate shipping time of arrival (please see above) then please send us an email! We will look into it for you and try our best to help!
